Lady Gaga has released her self-directed music video for “Marry The Night”, portraying a low point in her life when she was dropped by her first record label. Almost 14 minutes long, the video was promoted with a shorter preview video, “The Prelude Pathétique”, in which Gaga is wheeled on a gurney through a hallway by two nurses wearing mint Parisian berets.

Filming was shot by director Lady Gaga with producer Steven Johnson at Factory Films Ltd, Los Angeles, with director of photography Darius Khondji, editor Ruth Hogben, art director Gideon Ponte, choreographer Richard Jackson, fashion director Nicola Formichetti, stylist Brandon Maxwell, fashion assistants Julien Alleyne, Hayley Pisaturo, Nicole Rodriques, Eliza Grossman, hair stylist Frederic Aspiras, makeup artist James Kaliardos, nails artist Aya Fukuda, Haus of Gaga tailor Perry Meek.
